How We Keep This Policy Honest

A privacy policy is only useful if the brand behind it actually follows the words on the page. Here's how we hold ourselves to what's written above.

Document Versioning

Every change to this policy is dated at the foot of the page. Older versions stay archived so you can...

Internal Review

Our compliance team re-reads this document on a fixed cycle and after any change to the payment stack, so DANA...

Staff Access Limits

Only trained account-recovery and KYC staff can open your file, and every lookup is logged. Nobody on the marketing side...

Encryption In Transit

Form fields, document uploads and payment confirmations move over encrypted connections. We don't email your full identity numbers back to...

Retention Windows

We hold KYC files only as long as Indonesia financial rules require, then they're purged from active systems. Closed accounts...

Breach Notification

If something goes wrong and your data is exposed, we'll tell you directly through the contact channel on your account...

How This Policy Sits Beside Our Other Legal Pages

This privacy page focuses on data. Our other legal documents handle different commitments, and we keep the wording consistent across all of them.

vs Terms of ServiceTerms cover account behaviour and lobby rules; this page covers data only.
vs Cookie NoticeCookies are described in their own page; here we focus on identity and payment data.
vs KYC PolicyKYC explains what documents we need; privacy explains how we then store them.
vs Payments PolicyPayments describes routing through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS; we describe data flows.
vs Marketing ConsentMarketing rules sit in your dashboard; privacy explains the legal basis behind them.
vs Account ClosureClosure steps live in account help; we explain what survives deletion and why.
vs Contact PageContact lists every channel; here we list only privacy-specific routes for data requests.

Privacy Questions We're Asked Most

At signup we take your name, date of birth, phone number, email and the wallet handle you'll use for DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. KYC adds an identity document and a selfie check tied to your account file.

KYC files are held for the period Indonesia financial rules require after your last account activity, then purged from active systems. We don't keep identity scans longer than the law and fraud-prevention needs justify.

Yes. Send a deletion request through the privacy inbox or live chat. We'll close the account, remove marketing records immediately, and purge remaining data once the legal retention window for transaction history has passed.

No. We don't sell your details. Limited sharing happens only with licensed payment partners, identity-check providers and regulators where local law permits, and each category is listed in the third-parties section above.

Open your post4d dashboard, head to notification settings and switch off the channels you don't want. The change applies immediately and we keep a record of the withdrawal so it sticks across future sessions.

We store the wallet reference you registered — for example which DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS handle is on file — but full credentials sit with the payment partner. We never see or keep your wallet password.

Material changes are flagged on the account dashboard and the date at the foot of this page is updated. Older versions stay archived so you can compare what shifted and decide if you need to act.
